Presley Financial and specially Scot were great. Had to refinance my mortgage and having foreclosure few years back I was worried how I could do it. Scot was very professional and gave me all my options. Month later I have a new loan. It was really easy. Everything was done by the phone and computer. His assistant Karen was outstanding. I would definitely recommend these guys to my friends and family. My PMI loan will be due to change in a few years. Guess who I'll be calling???? Thanks again

9/2017 started the VA refi process with Presley Financial. Scot helped us to lock in an EXCELLENT rate! Scot said there would be tax docs required, no income verification required. There were none. We also worked with Susan at the office during the process. She is great. She said lender would send a couple of emails to sign disclosure docs. They did. Our refi closed and funded on Tuesday 10/10. Just like Scot said back in September. Scot is very knowledgeable, professional & honest. Call Scot

Scot Presley gave me mortgage options and provided them in writing by email. I was also talking to another lender who said a mortgage broker could not provide a loan as good as Presley Financial offered. I went with Presley Financial and have gotten the best loan. Several issues arose during the processing of the loan. Scot worked through each issue and did not give up until the loan funded. Any question I had was quickly answered. I highly recommend this company.
