We didn't know all details about refi's but Scott made the process easy to understand. Even when there were surprises out of our control, Scott made sure to keep us on track and informed. Scott made sure we received the most of our money from the previous lender and worked for us to have a great rate. We closed on our estimated time and now wait for our returns. This worked out at the right time for me and my family. I've already recommended Scott to coworkers and definitely will use him in future refi transactions.

I highly recommend Scot and the service he provided getting our loan funded. The loan was all done through the Internet, phone, and emails, so we never actually met in person. Although we never met, he gained my trust by his professionalism throughout the entire loan process and how personable and punctual he was in responding to my many e-mails and phone calls. He helped my family get the best loan for our needs and in the future we will be calling on him again.

Thanks Scot, It sure was nice finally working with a PROFESSIONAL loan broker. He didn't blink an eye when I told him, 1 year tax return only, a divorce with several properties and 2 separate trusts, as it turns out a title that was not taken in and out of a trust properly from an amatuer company of the past.
