The refinance process can be very stressful. Scot Presley of Presley Financial put us at ease and obtained a great rate very quickly. Great service every step of the way.
We are in our sixties. We have purchased homes and refinanced loans a few times in our lives. We have never experienced a more professional, yet friendly, streamlined and expedient process than what we just did with Presley Financial. Working with Scott and Carla was a pleasure. They both had the ability to explain everything in understandable terms and always were available for questions. They worked together well to put out fires that always seem to materialize during the refinancing process, especially those last minute surprises. We highly recommend their services and thank them for doing such a wonderful service for us!

Scot and lisa were ready to have loan close in 30 days. But i had a irs issue that i had to resolve first, which took almost 3 months. Scot was able to wwork with lender to keep approval open and when irs finally cleared ip their records we closed. EVERY promise made was kept. Would and have referred to friends and will be calling scot if/when i neef a loan in the future. GREAT JOB
